Filling / Dispensing:
We have designed what we believe to be the most versatile precision filling system available. We utilize servo control of a patented precision pump system to achieve very precise filling at almost any fill volume--even with high viscosity fluids.
"Bottom UP" filling is simple to control when the filling is done in the grip of a robot.
Solid Modeling:
Automated Incorporated can design prototype components or complete systems as solid models. This can be very useful in the design approval process. Our customers can really see what their equipment is going too look like and how it will function. Thus, any functionality or ergonomic issues can be addressed before the system is built. This obviously saves time and money.
